City Health Officer Manila Health Department Manila S i r : In reply to your letter dated January 27, 1970 requesting that your Department be furnished with Tax Census Forms for the employees, please be advised that Tax Census Forms are still being printed in the Bureau of Printing. It may be stated in this connection that the deadline for filing the tax census statements in accordance without the provisions of Republic Act No. 2070, as amended by Republic Act No. 5268 is tentatively set by this Office on or before June 30, 1970.
