Luczon Luczon, Yap & Associates Suite 302-306 Arnel Bldg. 435 Juan Luna Street Manila S i r : This refers to your letter dated June 1, 1974 requesting information as to the rate of percentage tax your client is liable to pay for manufacturing folding chairs with metal chrome or nickel plated frames. acd In reply, I have the honor to inform you that folding chairs which your client plans to manufacture with metal chrome or nickel plated frames the seat of which is made of plastic procured from local manufacturers are subject to the 7% sales tax prescribed in Section 186 of the Tax Code. cdt Very truly yours, (SGD.)
