January 28, 1970 Mr. Ramon Rondilla 133 Heroes del 96 St. Caloocan City S i r : In reply to your letter dated March 13, 1969, I have the honor to inform you that as a private forester you are not subject to the occupation tax. A forester is not among the professions subject to the occupation tax as provided for under Section 182(B) of the Tax Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 6110. Very truly yours, MISAEL P.
