Arellano Export Division Gentlemen : In reply to your letter of even date, I have the honor to inform you that as a corporation engaged in deep-sea fishing and exporting your tuna fish catch in frozen state, your export sales thereof is exempt from the percentage tax prescribed in Section 186-B of the Tax Code pursuant to Section 188(e) of the same Code. Furthermore, as processor of frozen fish of your own catch, you are exempt from the fixed tax imposed in Section 182(A)(1) of the Tax Code. Very truly yours, (SGD.) MISAEL P.
