March 23, 1973 The Regional Director Revenue Region No. 1 Baguio City S i r : In reply to your letter dated February 26, 1973, you are informed that with respect to the assessments issued prior to November 24, 1972 pending protests filed by taxpayers should be acted upon until final resolution, even if they did not avail of the amnesty prescribed by Presidential Decree No. 68.
