April 1, 1970 Mr. Celestino M. Requina Iligan Integrated Steel Mills, Inc. Iligan City M-104 S i r : This refers to your letter dated February 20, 1970 requesting information as to whether you are subject to pay two professional taxes of P75.00 each for being both a Mechanical Engineer and an Electrical Engineer although you practice only one profession. In reply, I have the honor to inform you that you are subject only to the professional tax of the profession in which you are engaged or which you use or exercise in your occupation.
