March 26, 1973 Mr. Quintin Flores Central Mindanao State University Musuan, Bukidnon S i r : In reply to your letter dated January 31, 1973 I have the honor to inform you that an electrical engineer employed as Teacher in Mathematics in Central Mindanao State University wherein you use or apply the knowledge of your profession in your work, you are subject to the payment of the occupation tax prescribed for electrical engineers in Section 182(B) of the Tax Code. aisa dc Very truly yours, (SGD.)
