Jesus Maria Ganuza Vice President, Administration Gentlemen : In reply to your letter dated January 14, 1975, I have the honor to inform you that, in view of the certification of the National Science Development Board under NSDB Certification No. 73-FR-14 dated July 16, 1975, that you have been determined by said Board to have been organized for scientific advancement and that you and your funds are dedicated to scientific pursuits, your income of whatever kind and character which you may derive from your properties, real or personal, or from your investments, are exempt from income tax.
