April 27, 1973 The Regional Director Revenue Region No. 15 Iloilo City S i r : This is with reference to your letter dated April 4, 1973 requesting information as to whether or not Certificates of Indebtedness for Unpaid Post Surrender Guerrilla Currency Notes registered and deposited under the provision of Republic Act No. 23 are acceptable in payment of the income tax.
