March 2, 1970 1st Indorsement Respectfully forwarded to the Commissioner of Civil Service, thru the Honorable, the Secretary of Finance, Manila, the within letter of Mr. Francisco A. Santos, Office of the Collection Agent, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Ilocos Norte, requesting permission to be commissioned as Notary Public for and in the City of Laoag for the year 1970 to 1971, recommending approval thereof, subject to the following conditions: acd 1. That the notarial work to be performed by Mr. Santos shall be confined exclusively to matters relating to the official functions of the B.I.R., free of charge; 2. If fees are collected, the same shall accrue in favor of the Government; and 3. That the permission shall be revoked if it becomes apparent that his notarial activities are prejudicial to the best interest of the service. Very truly yours, MISAEL P.
