April 1, 1974 MEMORANDUM FOR: The Chief, Appellate Division There is transmitted to you herewith for appropriate action, the entire docket bearing on the internal revenue tax case of Mr. Leopoldo M. Syquia of 200 A. Mabini St., Ermita, Manila, involving the amount of P13,931.08 representing deficiency income tax for the year 1962, as requested in your memorandum dated January 10, 1974. aisa dc Also attached herewith are the letters dated February 24, 1973 and February 28, 1973 of Messrs. De Santos, Balgos and Perez, counsel for the taxpayer protesting against the deficiency income tax assessments for the years 1963 and 1966 for appropriate action, since the issues involved in said amounts are similar to those involved in the 1962 and 1964 assessments.
