March 23, 2010 BIR MEMORANDUM FOR : All Internal Revenuers SUBJECT : Anti-Cervical Cancer Vaccination This is to inform all those who have signed up for anti-cervical cancer vaccination that the vaccines for the first dose shall be available on April 16, 2010. All concerned are requested to confirm their reservations with the Medical Clinic by paying the amount for one (1) dose of the vaccine of choice on or before April 14, 2010, Wednesday 4:00 p.m. Cervarix (GSK) (for cervical cancer only) @ P1,550.00/dose x 3 doses (0,1,6 months) Gardasil (MSD) (for cervical cancer and some STD's) @ P2,850.00/dose x 3 doses (0,2,6 months) For your information and guidance.
