Permit to Use the BIR Covered Basketball Court

March 8, 2010 BIR MEMORANDUM TO : All Concerned SUBJECT : Permit to Use the BIR Covered Basketball Court Please be informed of the following policies in the use of the BIR covered basketball court facility located at the BIR-NOB compound: 1. The court can be used for basketball and volleyball tournaments; 2. The facility can be used by BIR employees only during lunch breaks, after office hours and on weekends. For use of the covered court during said times, a permit shall be secured from the Assistant Commissioner, Administrative Service at least one (1) week before scheduled date of actual use; 3. Service providers of the Bureau may also avail of the facility subject to the same terms and conditions applicable to BIR employees; 4. Official BIR basketball/volleyball tournaments shall be given priority in the use of the covered court; AHCETa 5. All those who will use the covered court are enjoined to observe proper decorum, discipline and sanitation in its use; and 6. The permit to use the covered court does not necessarily include the right to use the covered court rest room. For purposes of orderly maintenance of said restroom facilities, permit to use the same will be granted on a case to case basis. For your information and guidance. (SGD.) JOEL L.
