Carag (Revenue Operations & Legal Affairs Group) relative to the above-mentioned subject matter. cASIED You are enjoined to post the copy of this Memorandum in your Office Bulletin Board, or in a conspicuous place within your Office, to ensure that it shall be given the most extensive publicity possible. CARAG Undersecretary Revenue Operations & Legal Affairs Group SUBJECT : Compliance with Department Order No. 12-2011 DATE : April 02, 2013 Pursuant to Section 10 of Republic Act No. 6713 all government employees are required to submit their Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALNs) on or before April 30, 2013. In connection thereto, please be reminded that in compliance with Department Order (DO) No. 12-2011 , all heads of bureaus and attached agencies of this department are strictly enjoined to forward an additional original copy of the SALNs of their respective personnel to the office of the undersigned together with an alphabetical master list of employees (hard and soft copies) as of December 31, 2012 on or before July 29, 2013 . As for the soft copy/ies you can send it to RIPS Deputy Director Ma. Bianca Ofelia E. Sison thru her email address at [emailprotected].
