KING Deputy Commissioner Resource Management Group ATTACHMENT February 1, 2016 DOF PERSONNEL ORDER NO. 052-16 In the exigency of service, pursuant to the issuance of Department Order No. 7-2016 dated 19 January 2016, the Department of Finance (DOF) Technical Working Group (TWG) is hereby formed to monitor the implementation of the aforementioned Order as well as to conduct the review all DOF proper issuances. Cheryll Ann Trinidad Project Manager III Office of Revenue Agency Modernization The DOF TWG shall discharge the following functions and responsibilities: 1. To supervise the progress of the rationalization of the issuances of all bureaus and attached bureaus; 2. To receive and collect from the official focal person of bureaus and the attached agencies the monthly written report on the ongoing rationalization; 3. To conduct the collection, summarization and review of all the Department issuances for purposes of the rationalization; 4. To recommend the amendment and/or consolidation of the issuances found to be in need of updating; 5. To prepare the proposed amended, consolidated and updated issuances; 6. To recommend the repeal of issuances that are longer applicable, have been superseded by subsequent events or regulations or are deemed irrelevant as of this time; 7. To prepare a summary report on the rationalization of the DOF issuances; and 8. To perform such other functions which may be necessary to facilitate the implementation of the Department Order.
