Submission of Post-Hearing Report on Congressional and Senate Hearings Attended

February 9, 2016 BIR MEMORANDUM TO : BIR Officials and Employees Attending Congressional and Senate Hearings SUBJECT : Submission of Post-Hearing Report on Congressional and Senate Hearings Attended All BIR officials and employees who are required to attend Congressional or Senate hearings are required to submit a Post-hearing Report thereon, within five (5) working days from the date of hearing, detailing the following: aDSIHc 1) Title or subject matter of the said hearing; 2) BIR representative/s who attended the hearing; 3) Issues or concerns relating to the Bureau of Internal Revenue; 4) Specific questions proffered to the BIR; 5) Specific answer/s given by the BIR representative/s; 6) Name of the BIR representative/s who gave the answer; and 7) Material/s presented therein, if any; 8) Name of the BIR representative/s who presented the material/s.
