April 18, 2008 BIR MEMORANDUM TO : All Regional Directors ATTENTION : All Administrative Division Chiefs SUBJECT : Issuance of Certificate of Advance Payment of 12% VAT/3% Percentage Tax (BIR Form No. 2330) Notice is hereby given to all concerned that Certificate of Advance Payment of 12% VAT/3% Percentage Tax (BIR Form No. 2330) may now be requisitioned from the Accountable Forms Division, BIR-National Office, in accordance with Revenue Memorandum Order No. 6-2008 dated December 13, 2007.
