March 2, 2007 BIR MEMORANDUM FOR : Deputy Commissioners, RDC Heads, Project Proponents and Others Concerned SUBJECT : Submission of Project Procurement Plan for CY-2008 In order to come up with the Annual Procurement Plan (APP) for CY-2008 as required under Republic Act No. 9184, you are hereby requested to prepare a Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP) for your respective offices using the attached form. Subject to budgeting parameters and management priorities, the consolidated output shall be the basis in formulating the APP for CY-2008, to be approved by the Commissioner. Kindly submit your PPMP including the Terms of Reference (TOR) for each project to the BAC Secretariat, c/o Procurement Division, Rm. 605, 6th Floor, BIR-NOB, Diliman, Quezon City, on or before March 30, 2007.
