September 1, 2006 BIR MEMORANDUM TO : All Assistant Commissioners Regional Directors Division Chiefs SUBJECT : List of Documents/Records Requested by Taxpayers from BIR Offices We are in the process of establishing fees and charges to be imposed on services, documents and articles requested by taxpayers from this Bureau. In order to come up with reasonable rates sufficient to cover administrative costs, please submit to the Financial and Administrative Service, Attention: The Chief, Records Management Division, a list of Documents/Records that are usually requested by taxpayers from your Offices, on or before September 22, 2006.
