The Civil Service Commission (CSC) in partnership with the Australian Government through the Philippines Australia Human Resource and Organisational Development Facility (PAHRODF) are jointly organizing the 2016 Public Sector HR Symposium with the theme, "Managing Transitions through Strategic Human Resource and Organisation Development" . The event will be held on May 23-25, 2016 at the Waterfront Hotel in Lahug, Cebu City. The Symposium will showcase how transitions may be managed by leaders, HR practitioners and the people themselves in order to maintain a balance between continuity and change. It aims to inspire participants to be involved by proactively managing transitions and enable people and organizations to cope with and harness change towards dramatic improvements in governance and service delivery. AIDSTE We invite you, your leaders and Human Resource Management Officer (HRMOs) to join executives and practitioners from both the public and private sectors whose functions are directly related to human resource management and development. Participants are requested to register on-line at csc.gov.ph/hr on or before May 5, 2016 . Registration fee is Seven Thousand Pesos (P7,000.00) per participant inclusive of training kits, snacks and lunch during the Symposium, and Certificate of Participation for sixteen (16) hours managerial training. Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Payments in cash, cheque, or LDDAP-ADA may be made at the CSC Central Office or the nearest Regional or Field/Provincial Offices. Payments at the CSC-Central Office thru bank shall be deposited to the CSC Training Fund under Account Number 3122-1001-37, LBP-Batasan Branch. An advisory regarding payments made thru CSC Regional or Field/Provincial Offices and other details of the program will be posted at csc.gov.ph/hr .
