June 17, 2013 BIR MEMORANDUM TO : All Revenue Officials and Employees Concerned SUBJECT : Timely Submission of the Summary Report of Attendance (SRA) with Complete Attachments, i.e., Daily Time Record (DTR) (Application for Leave Forms, Mission Order, etc.) It has come to the attention of this Office, that a number of Offices both in the National and Regional Offices are late in the submission of the Summary Report of Attendance (SRA) with complete attachments which serves as vital documents in payroll preparation. This memorandum is issued to reiterate that all SRA with complete attachments shall be submitted to the Personnel Division on or before the 10th day of the following month for those in the National Office and on or before the 15th day of the following month for those in the Regional Offices . Furthermore and pursuant to Memorandum dated September 15, 2008, late submission of the SRA by the person-in-charge shall mean suspension of salary of the whole office where he/she belongs . Finally, as provided for under RMO 28-2008 dated June 15, 2008 "THE HEAD OF EACH OFFICE SHALL BE LIABLE FOR NON-SUBMISSION OF THE SRA ON TIME AND IT SHALL BE CONSIDERED AN ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENSE OF VIOLATION OF REASONABLE OFFICE RULES AND REGULATIONS PUNISHABLE UNDER CSC NO. 30, SERIES OF 1989."
