April 28, 2008 BIR MEMORANDUM TO : All Revenue Officials and Employees Concerned SUBJECT : The Change of Name of the National Council for the Welfare of Disabled Persons (NCWDP) to the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) Now Attached to the Office of the President For the information and guidance of all concerned, please disseminate in all Bureau Offices the attached copy of the letter signed by Chief, Administrative Officer Andres Rhudy B. Ravelo, Jr., National Council on Disability Affairs, Office of the President dated April 2, 2008 relative to the above-mentioned subject matter. You are enjoined to post the copy of this issuance in your Office Bulletin Board, or in a conspicuous place within your Office, to ensure that it shall be given the most extensive publicity possible. By virtue of Executive Order No. 709 dated February 26, 2008, it amended Executive Order 676 and 232 and as a result there will be a new composition of the Governing Board. Attached is a copy for your reference. With this development the President has appointed ROSIE LOVELY T. ROMULO as the new Chairperson.
