December 11, 2018 BANK BULLETIN NO. 26-18 TO : All Authorized Agent Banks SUBJECT : Submission of Sworn Declaration on the Number of Electronic Filing and Payment System and Over-the-Counter Payments of Internal Revenue Taxes Processed by Authorized Agent Banks In reference to Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) No. 25-2015, particularly on the compensation for services of Authorized Agent Banks (AABs) in the collection of internal revenue taxes under the Treasury Single Account (TSA), all AABs are hereby advised to submit to the Bureau of the Treasury (BTr) a sworn declaration on the number of Over-the-Counter (OTC) and Electronic Filing and Payment System (eFPS) transactions processed for each calendar month showing the following details duly signed by the authorized official/s of the AABs: IDaEHC Revenue District Office No. Branch Name Bank Code Batch Control Sheet-A No. Collection Date Date Transmitted to BIR Number of Transactions OTC eFPS Further, to facilitate the validation of the number of transactions being claimed by the AABs for the payment of transaction fees, a copy of the above statement shall be furnished to the Chief, Collection Performance Monitoring Division. Accordingly, the above requirements must be complied with in order for this Bureau to process the applications for the payment of transaction fees to the AABs.
