September 27, 2023 BANK BULLETIN NO. 2023-13 TO : All BIR Authorized Agent Banks SUBJECT : Submission of AABs' Official E-Mail Address for the Service of the Warrant of Garnishment In view of Revenue Regulations (RR) No. 11-2023, with subject prescribing the use of electronic mail (e-mail) and electronic signature as additional mode of service of the warrant of garnishment, pursuant to Section 208 in relation to Section 244 of the National Internal Revenue Code (NIRC) of 1997, as amended, all Authorized Agent Banks (AABs) are hereby reminded to submit their respective bank head offices' and branches' official email addresses, if still not provided, to their respective RDOs, in order to expedite the service of the Warrant of Garnishment. aScITE For your guidance and strict compliance.
