Del Pilar St., Mayombo, Dagupan City, Pangasinan, from doing business in the Philippines and directed the PHILIPPINE DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION (PDIC) as Receiver to proceed with the takeover and liquidation of the Bank in accordance with Section 12 of R.A. 3591, as amended.
