May 12, 2023 BANK BULLETIN NO. 2023-07 TO : All BIR Authorized Agent Banks SUBJECT : Binangonan Rural Bank, Inc. Effective immediately, all Authorized Agent Banks are hereby advised not to accept checks, as well as taxpayers' checks drawn from BINANGONAN RURAL BANK, INC. , with office address at 135 Baltazar St., Brgy. Layunan (Pob.), Binangonan, Rizal, in payment of internal revenue taxes. This is in conformity with the New Central Bank Act, with Monetary Board Resolution No. 536.B dated April 27, 2023 prohibiting the subject bank from doing business in the Philippines and placing it under receivership with the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) as the designated receiver, as stated in the letter dated April 28, 2023 of Ms. Noela C.
