Updating of Authorized Agent Banks' (AABs) e-Mail Accounts

May 30, 2022 BANK BULLETIN NO. 2022-16 TO : All BIR Authorized Agent Banks SUBJECT : Updating of Authorized Agent Banks' (AABs) e-Mail Accounts This is in connection with Bank Bulletin No. 2017-16 pertaining to the full implementation of the Batch Control Sheet (BCS) Validation Electronic-Mail (e-mail) wherein AAB Head Offices can receive feedback on the status of the daily transmitted BCS to the concerned Revenue Data Centers thru the dedicated e-mail account of AAB. Relative thereto and to ensure that the AAB Head Offices can receive the status of daily transmitted BCS, AAB Head Offices are requested to submit the updated e-mail account to BIR that will receive the said status report using the attached eCRDC e-Mail Notification Request Form (Annex B). Further, AAB Head Offices shall send the request form to Systems Development Division through e-mail at [emailprotected] copy furnish Collection Programs Division through e-mail at [emailprotected] and [emailprotected] .
