February 2, 2022 BANK BULLETIN NO. 2022-03 TO : All BIR Authorized Agent Banks SUBJECT : Acceptance of Returns as Well as Payment of Taxes Due Thereon from Taxpayers under the Areas Classified as Alert Level 3 for the Tax Deadlines Falling for the Month of January 2022 In connection with Revenue Regulations (RR) No. 1-2022 relative to the extension of the filing of returns and the payment of the corresponding taxes due thereon, all Authorized Agent Banks (AABs) are hereby advised to accept all tax returns as well as payment from taxpayers registered under the Revenue District Offices (RDOs) placed under Alert Level 3 or higher within thirty (30) calendar days from due dates falling for the month of January 2022, without corresponding penalties.
