October 8, 2021 BANK BULLETIN NO. 2021-14 TO : All BIR Authorized Agent Banks SUBJECT : Acceptance of Second Installment Payment of Annual Income Tax for Calendar Year (CY) 2020 With the implementation of the new set deadline for payment of second installment of annual income tax from July 15 to October 15, all Authorized Agent Banks are hereby advised to accept payment from concerned taxpayers for the second installment payment of annual income tax for CY 2020 until October 15, 2021.
