September 10, 2021 BANK BULLETIN NO. 2021-12 TO : All Authorized Agent Banks SUBJECT : Acceptance of Tax Payments from All Taxpayers within the Jurisdiction of Areas Under Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) and Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) In line with Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 91-2021, all Authorized Agent Banks (AABs) are hereby advised to accept tax payments without the corresponding penalties from all taxpayers within the jurisdiction of areas under Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) and Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) up to fifteen (15) calendar days after the lifting of the said quarantine periods and to observe the work-around procedures provided in Bank Bulletin No. 2021-10.
