Acceptance of Tax Payment for All Taxpayers under the Jurisdiction of NCR, Iloilo City, Iloilo Province, Cagayan de Oro City, Gingoog City, Ilocos Norte, Bataan, Lapulapu City and Mandaue City

August 3, 2021 BANK BULLETIN NO. 2021-10 TO : All Authorized Agent Banks SUBJECT : Acceptance of Tax Payment for All Taxpayers under the Jurisdiction of National Capital Region (NCR), Iloilo City, Iloilo Province, Cagayan de Oro City, Gingoog City, Ilocos Norte, Bataan, Lapulapu City and Mandaue City Due to the declaration of Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) in the NCR, Iloilo City, Iloilo Province, Cagayan de Oro City, Gingoog City, and Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) in Ilocos Norte, Bataan, Lapulapu City, Mandaue City, for the period August 6, 2021 to August 20, 2021, all Authorized Agent Banks (AABs) shall: 1. Accept all tax payments from taxpayers registered under the Revenue District Offices (RDOs) in the abovementioned areas placed under ECQ and MECQ, even out-of-district returns . a. Batch the out-of-district returns separately; and b. Encode the tax payment data using the Limited Bank Data Entry System (LBDES)/Bank System indicating the RDO of the accepting AAB branch in the required field of the LBDES/Bank System and NOT the RDO Number of the taxpayer. CAIHTE 2. Accept check payments from any taxpayer even without the name of receiving AAB branch indicated in the check, provided that all check payment shall be made payable to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (with or without "IFO Name and TIN of the taxpayer" written on the check as previously required).
