June 27, 2016 BANK BULLETIN NO. 20-16 TO : All BIR Authorized Agent Banks SUBJECT : Electronic Submission of the Dishonored Check Details in Comma Separated Value Format and the Encoding of Payments Details in the Limited Bank Data Entry System (LBDES) In Bank Bulletin No. 2012-03 dated January 24, 2012, all Authorized Agent Banks (AABs) are required to electronically submit the Dishonored Check (DC) details in Comma Separated Value (CSV) format. In connection thereto and in order to ensure proper reporting of the DC details to the Bureau's Electronic Tax Information System (eTIS), all AABs are hereby advised to use the reasons for dishonored checks listed in Annex "A" hereof in preparing the said required CSV format for the electronic submission of DC details. Likewise, with the implementation of the splitting of some Revenue District Offices (RDOs), it has been observed that there are some AABs that continue to use the old RDO Codes for encoding in the LDBES. This practice was identified as one of the reasons for the non-uploading of AAB collection reports to the Bureau's Integrated Tax System (ITS)/eTIS.
