November 25, 2020 BANK BULLETIN NO. 18-20 TO : All BIR Authorized Agent Banks SUBJECT : De La O Rural Bank, Inc. Effective immediately, all Authorized Agent Banks are hereby advised not to accept checks as well as taxpayers' checks drawn from DE LA O RURAL BANK, INC. , with Office address at #010 San Jose St., Brgy. San Jose (Pob.), Pangil, Laguna, in payment of internal revenue taxes. This is in conformity with the Bangko Sental ng Pilipinas (BSP) Monetary Board Resolution No. 1116.A dated September 10, 2020, prohibiting the subject bank from doing business in the Philippines and placing it under receivership with the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) as designated receiver, as stated in the letter dated September 11, 2020 of Atty.
