August 15, 2014 BANK BULLETIN NO. 17-14 TO : All BIR Authorized Agent Banks SUBJECT : Assignment of Separate e-Mail Accounts for the Revenue Data Centers and National Data Center in Case of Difficulty in Sending Files Using the Bureau's Electronic Data Transmission (EDT) Facility In order to provide a more effective support to Authorized Agents Banks (AABs) and to better manage their Batch Control Sheets (BCSs)/collection data being submitted, all AABs are hereby informed that a separate e-mail account has been assigned to RDC Luzon 1, Calasiao, Pangasinan. The shared e-mail account provided in Bank Bulletin 2013-01 dated January 2, 2013 for RDC Luzon 1 and 2 will now be used solely by the AAB branches under the jurisdiction of the latter RDC. Attached herewith as "Annex A" are the procedures on how to attach and send BCS file using e-mail and the e-mail addresses of the different data centers to be used by the AABs when sending BCS/collection file to the BIR in case of difficulty in sending files using the Bureau's Electronic Data Transmission (EDT) facility.
