September 7, 2017 BANK BULLETIN NO. 13-17 TO : All BIR Authorized Agent Banks SUBJECT : World Partners Bank (A Thrift Bank), Inc. Effective-immediately, all Authorized Agent Banks are hereby advised not to accept checks, as well as taxpayers' checks drawn from WORLD PARTNERS BANK (A THRIFT BANK), INC. , with Head office address at 74 A. Mabini St., Brgy. Poblacion, City of San Pedro, Laguna, in payment of internal revenue taxes. This is in conformity with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Monetary Board Resolution No. 1340 dated August 11, 2017 prohibiting the subject bank from doing business in the Philippines and placing it under receivership with the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) as the designated receiver, as stated in the letter dated August 11, 2017 of the Officer-in-Charge, Receivership and Bank Management Group of PDIC. The Bank has (4) branches located at the following addresses: Branch Address Sta. Maria Gen. Halili Ave., Bagbaguin, Sta.
