July 10, 2017 BANK BULLETIN NO. 12-17 SUBJECT : Development/Enhancement of Internet Banking Facility for Tax Payments TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned In the effort to provide a faster, secure, more reliable and more convenient services for the taxpayers, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) is continuously embarking on enhancement and development of its electronic payment facilities to receive and process the daily tax collection reports of the Authorized Agent Banks (AABs). This advisory is issued to encourage all AABs to develop/enhance their own internet banking facilities and other electronic payment channels that can accommodate tax payment transactions for the taxpaying public.
