May 9, 2018 BANK BULLETIN NO. 10-18 TO : All Authorized Agent Banks SUBJECT : Acceptance of BIR Form 0605 in Lieu of BIR Form Nos. 0619E and 0619F It has come to the attention of this Office that there are Authorized Agent Banks (AABs) which do not accept BIR Form No. 0605 for the remittance of the monthly creditable and final income taxes withheld. It is informed that this is the prescribes BIR Form that shall be used by withholding agents in the meantime that the BIR Form Nos. 0619E and 0619F are not yet available.
