May 2, 2017 BANK BULLETIN NO. 10-17 TO : All Authorized Agent Banks SUBJECT : Immediate Remittance of Taxes for the Month of April This has reference to the circumstances that have occurred during the days of last week of April, 2017, such as holding of the 2017 Summit of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), unavailability of the electronic Filing and Payment System (eFPS), as well as the non-banking days for the last two days of the said month (Saturday and Sunday), including that of Monday, May 1, an official holiday being the Labor Day. HTcADC These circumstances may have adverse effect to the tax collections causing delay in its remittance to the Bureau of the Treasury (BTr) and subsequent submission of the Consolidated Report for Daily Collections (CRDC) to this Bureau. Accordingly, it is hereby directed that all taxes collected by all Authorized Agent Banks should be remitted to the BTr according to the following schedule: Date of Collection Date of Remittance to BTr April 27, 2017 May 2, 2017 April 28, 2017 up to May 2, 2017 May 3, 2017 For your guidance and compliance.
