March 26, 2014 BANK BULLETIN NO. 10-14 TO : All BIR Authorized Agent Banks SUBJECT : Acceptance of New Annual Income Tax Return Forms (BIR Forms 1700, 1701, 1702-RT, 1702-EX and 1702-MX) This is in connection with the acceptance of photocopied or electronic/computer-generated income tax returns (BIR Forms 1700, 1701, 1702-RT, 1702-EX and 1702-MX), in lieu of the officially printed forms. Relative thereto, all Authorized Agent Banks (AABs) are advised to accept electronic/computer-generated income tax returns or photocopied income tax returns in its original font format and in A4 size bond paper (210 x 297 mm) not in the folio/legal size paper as specified in Item No. 5 of Bank Bulletin No. 2014-08. Said forms should be originally filled out and signed by the taxpayer or his/her/its duly authorized representative. Please be guided accordingly. (SGD.) KIM S.
