April 29, 2021 BANK BULLETIN NO. 08-21 TO : All BIR Authorized Agent Banks SUBJECT : Acceptance of Amended Income Tax Returns until May 15, 2021 In connection with Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 46-2021, all Authorized Agent Banks are hereby advised to accept amended Annual Income Tax Returns (AITR) for Calendar Year 2020 and the corresponding payments of taxes due thereon until May 15, 2021 even without the signature of the BIR authorized personnel.
