February 6, 2014 BANK BULLETIN NO. 03-14 TO : All BIR Authorized Agent Banks SUBJECT : Submission of Daily Report of Collections In view of the numerous queries received from Authorized Agent Banks (AABs) relative to the implementation of Treasury Single Account (TSA) Project of the Bureau of the Treasury (BTr), all AABs are hereby advised of the following: 1. Transmission/submission of the Advance Report of Daily Collections (ARDC) to Revenue Accounting Division of the BIR is no longer required. This revokes Bank Bulletin No. 2011-23 issued on July 15, 2011. 2. The transmission of Electronic Consolidated Report of Daily Collections (eCRDC) shall be within five (5) days after collection date. If the due date for submission of report falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, the transmission of report should be immediately on the next working day following the non-working days. aScITE 3. The existing procedures on the transmission of collection data through Electronic Data Transmission (EDT) or through electronic mail, and the submission of the Batch Control Sheets (BCS) together with the tax returns shall still be observed.
