January 24, 2012 BANK BULLETIN NO. 03-12 TO : All BIR Authorized Agent Banks SUBJECT : Electronic Submission of the Dishonored Check Details in Comma Separated Value Format In connection with the ongoing Collection Reconciliation System (CRS) Project of the Bureau requiring the auto-uploading of the details of the Dishonored Checks (DC) reported by the Authorized Agent Banks (AABs) in the Integrated Tax System-Collection Bank Reconciliation System (ITS-CBR), all AABs are hereby advised on the electronic submission of the DC details in Comma Separated Value (CSV) format. Relative thereto and in order to facilitate the capture and conversion of the DC details needed in the CRS, it is requested that the DC details be electronically submitted in CSV format in accordance with Annex "A" hereof. While this will be an additional attachment in the Electronic Consolidated Report of Daily Collection (eCRDC), the same should be submitted with a different file name to distinguish the CRDC from the DC. The electronic submission of the DC details shall be made thru email to [emailprotected] beginning February 29, 2012 and thereafter. For your information and guidance. (SGD.) KIM S.
