January 29, 2014 BANK BULLETIN NO. 02-14 TO : All BIR Authorized Agent Banks SUBJECT : Acceptance of Payment of Registration Fees from the Taxpayers Using the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Payment Form 0605 All Authorized Agent Banks (AABs) are hereby advised to accept the BIR Payment Form 0605 for payment of registration fee until February 3, 2014 even without the approval or signature of the Revenue District Officers or authorized officials of the BIR.
