June 22, 2011 BAGO CITY ORDINANCE NO. 006-11 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PORTION OF SECTION 6C.01, NO. 5, ART. C, CHAPTER VI, OF ORDINANCE NO. 25, SERIES OF 2005 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE LOCAL REVENUE CODE OF BAGO CITY OF 2006 Explanatory Note: WHEREAS, the rates prescribed under Section 6C.01, No. 5, Art. C, Chapter VI of Ordinance No. 25, Series of 2005 for facilities, services and amenities of Buenos Aires Mountain Resort was enacted way back in 2005; cTDaEH WHEREAS, said rates had become unrealistic by passage of time and due to increase of basic commodities and costs for its maintenance; WHEREAS, Buenos Aires Mountain Resort underwent major repair and renovation such that its services, facilities and amenities are at par with other leading resort of the same level; WHEREAS, compared to other resorts of the same level, the rates of Buenos Aires Mountain Resort is very low and may be considered inequitable to the level it has attained after it underwent major repair and renovation; NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in a session duly assembled that: SECTION 1. Section 6C.01, No. 5, Article C, Chapter VI of Ordinance No. 25, Series of 2005 is accordingly amended to read as follows: Facilities From To 1. Repealing Clause. All ordinances provisions of which are in conflict with, or contrary to, the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed, amended, or modified accordingly. cSaATC SECTION 3. Effectivity Clause. This Ordinance shall immediately take effect upon approval.
