Amending Section 6F.01, Article F, Chapter VI of 2006 Revenue Code of the City of Bago

March 10, 2009 BAGO CITY ORDINANCE NO. 003-09 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6F.01, ARTICLE F, CHAPTER VI OF ORDINANCE NO. 25, SERIES OF 2005 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE 2006 REVENUE CODE OF THE CITY OF BAGO Explanatory Note: WHEREAS, the Bago City Hospital wanted to expand its services not only to the residents of the city but also the neighboring municipalities, by upgrading its facilities and services; SDAaTC WHEREAS, that by upgrading its services this will entail costs, considering that at present times there is a rapid increase in the prices of medicines and maintenance costs; WHEREAS, although it wanted to upgrade its facilities and services, considerate of the plight of its people, the increase is only minimal. NOW, THEREFORE, upon motion of SP Member Rosario F. Gaudite, unanimously seconded by SP Members present, be it enacted by the Sanggunian Panlungsod, that: SECTION 1. If for any reason or reasons, any part or provision of this Ordinance shall be held to be unconstitutional or invalid, other parts or provision thereof which are not affected shall continue to be in full force and effect. AcICHD SECTION 3. Repealing Clause. All Ordinances, rules and regulations, or parts thereof, which provisions are in conflict with, or contrary to, the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed, amended and modified accordingly. SECTION 4. Effectivity Clause. This Ordinance shall take effect upon approval or three days after publication in a newspaper of local circulation whichever comes later.
