March 10, 2009 BAGO CITY ORDINANCE NO. 002-09 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 25, SERIES OF 2005, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE 2006 REVENUE CODE OF THE CITY OF BAGO, PARTICULARLY SUBSECTIONS 5.5.b, 5.5.c, 8 AND 13 OF SECTION 6C.01, ARTICLE C, CHAPTER VI Explanatory Note: WHEREAS, the City Government of Bago renovated certain facilities owned by it considering that by the passage of time the said facilities depreciated and dilapidated; ETHIDa WHEREAS, to meet the call of times the same facilities also need to be modernized. NOW, THEREFORE, upon motion of SP Member Ruben T. Torres, unanimously seconded by SP Members present, be it enacted by the Sanggunian Panlungsod, that: SECTION 1. Subsections 5.5.b, 5.5.c, 8 and 13 of Section 6C.01, Article 6, Chapter VI, shall now read as follows: xxx xxx xxx 5) Buenos Aires Mountain Resort/Kipot Resort: xxx xxx xxx 5.b Cottages Manuel Y. Separability Clause. If for any reason or reasons, any part or provision of this Ordinance shall be held to be unconstitutional or invalid, other parts or provision thereof which are not affected shall continue to be in full force and effect. cSEDTC SECTION 3. Repealing Clause. All Ordinances, rules and regulations, or parts thereof, which provisions are in conflict with, or contrary to, the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed, amended and modified accordingly. SECTION 4. Effectivity Clause. This Ordinance shall take effect upon approval or three days after publication in a newspaper of local circulation whichever comes later.
