February 4, 2004 BAGO CITY ORDINANCE NO. 001-04 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 06, SERIES OF 2003, AS AMENDED, MAKING THE REVISED SCHEDULE OF FEES PRESCRIBED BY THE HOUSING AND LAND USE REGULATORY BOARD UNDER HLURB ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 01, SERIES OF 2002, AN INTEGRAL PART THEREOF To read as follows: Explanatory Note : WHEREAS, by virtue of Resolution No. 0805, Series of 2003, of the Sanggunian Panlalawigan, it is hereby presented to the Sanggunian Panlungsod, City Ordinance No. 06, Series of 2003 of the City of Bago, entitled: "An Ordinance amending Section 4M.01 (6), Article M of Ordinance No. 01, Series of 2002, otherwise known as the Revenue Code of the City of Bago, and hereafter adopting the 2001 Revised Schedule of Fees of the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board Administrative Order No. 01, Series of 2002", for refinement. NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of SP Member Alberto Y. Hidalgo, jointly seconded by SP Members Mae C. Javellana, Serafin Z. Jara, and Bernadette M. Somcio, the Sangguniang Panlungsod. Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session today, that: SECTION 1. . . . . SECTION 2. That the said Administrative Order of the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board is hereby incorporated in the Revenue Code of the City of Bago and made an integral part of the same . SECTION 3. Repealing Clause. All Ordinances, rules and regulations, or parts thereof, whose provisions are in conflict with or contrary to the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed, amended and modified accordingly. SECTION 4. Effectivity Clause. This Ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days after the necessary posting and publication have been complied with.
