March 2, 2016 BACOLOD CITY ORDINANCE NO. 08-16-772 AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE PERIOD OF FILING OF BUSINESS PERMIT AND LICENSES AND THE PAYMENT OF BUSINESS TAXES, FEES AND CHARGES WITHOUT PENALTIES AND SURCHARGES TO MARCH 31, 2016, PER SP CORRESPONDENCE NO. 08-16-0066-B Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Bacolod, in session assembled, that: SECTION 1. An ordinance extending the period of filing of business permit and licenses and the payment of business taxes, fees and charges without penalties and surcharges to March 31, 2016, per SP Correspondence No. 08-16-0066-B, is hereby approved.
