August 17, 2004 AMLC RESOLUTION NO. 408, S. 2004 The Council resolves, as it hereby resolved: 1. To implement the File Transfer and Reporting Facility (FTRF version 1.5) that addresses the secure transfer of electronic reports from covered institutions to AMLC's system. Specifically, the FTRF version 1.5 network security consists of the following: ETDHSa Firewall to protect database from being accessed from outside Authentication of users logging on to ensure that file transfer is done by authorized persons only Secured upload via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Digital certificate to encrypt and sign the file 2. To work with a pilot of five (5) banks for the initial implementation of FTRF version 1.5 3. To migrate the FTRF version 1.5 for all covered institutions at the earliest opportunity.
