October 28, 2005 AMLC RESOLUTION NO. 109-05 THE ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING COUNCIL hereby resolves: 1. To DEFER the implementation of AMLC Resolution No. 403 dated 9 August 2004 (Requiring Covered Institutions to Submit Certifications on the number of CTRs filed per month) pending the outcome of the AMLC Secretariat's consultation meetings with the Association of Bank Compliance Officers of the Philippines (ABCOMP) and other industry associations.
